“Acibadem Sistina” Hospital is looking for suitable candidate to fill the following vacancy:

 

Administrative assistant (fluent in Turkish language)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The administrative assistant

  • organizes and supervises all administrative activities at the Hospital management level
  • works in cooperation with the entire team and has responsibility for scheduling and coordinating the meetings as well as their complete organization (text processing, spreadsheets, computer presentations, translations);
  • takes notes and records of meetings;
  • provides general administrative and office support and services in conformity with the office rules, procedures and administrative systems set by the Hospital management;
  • is responsible for receiving and ordering deliveries and messages, sending faxes, taking calls and managing files;
  • keeps contact lists and prepares business correspondence by processing texts, spreadsheets and presentations, translations etc.;
  • is responsible for arranging trips for the Hospital directors;
  • provides general support for the visitors at the administrative sector;
  • acts as a contact between internal and external clients and the Hospital management;
  • collaborates with other administrative assistants to handle the requests and issues by the managers;
  • has other activities.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • High education completed;
  • Excellent knowledge of Macedonian (speaking, reading, writing);
  • Excellent knowledge of Turkish (speaking, reading, writing);
  • Computer skills;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing) is considered an asset;
  • Experience as an administrative assistant is considered an asset.

  • The administrative assistant is responsible to the Hospital director.
