JOB DESCRIPTION

Operator at “Acibadem Sistina” Call Center answers the telephone calls and e-mails by users of medical services in Macedonian and Albanian language; the operator is responsible for making appointments and providing complete information in relation to the medical services at the Hospital.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum secondary education completed;
• Excellent proficiency in Macedonian (literary speaking, reading, writing);
• Excellent proficiency in Albanian (literary speaking, reading, writing);
• Proficiency in Turkish is considered an asset;
• Computer skills;
• Experience as an agent in Call Center is considered an asset.
